Returns Policy

Right of Exchange and Return

We offer a 14-day right of exchange and return for products delivered within Finland. The right of return applies to unused products that are in a resaleable condition.

You may try on and inspect the product in the same way as you would in a physical store, but the product must not be put into actual use. Products must not contain, for example, animal hair, cosmetic residue, dirt, odours or other signs of use.

Please return the product in its original packaging whenever possible. The product packaging must also be clean and in a resaleable condition.

Electrical Components and Parts Requiring Installation

Electrical components, CDI units, ignition components, jets, valve shims and other parts requiring installation cannot be returned if they have been installed, connected, programmed or put into use, or if their condition can no longer be verified for resale.

Unopened and unused products are subject to the standard right of return unless the product falls within an exception to the right of withdrawal under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.

Return Costs

A return fee of €3.90 will be deducted from the refund. The return fee is deducted from the amount refunded to the customer.

If you return the entire order, we will also refund the original delivery costs corresponding to the least expensive delivery method offered by us. If you selected a more expensive delivery method, the additional delivery cost will not be refunded.

If you return only part of the order, the original delivery costs will not be refunded.

Product Exchanges

You may exchange a product once free of charge by using our customer return service. A handling and postage fee of €15 will be charged for any subsequent exchanges.

Return Instructions

  1. Notify us of the return or exchange by email or through the returns form within 14 days of receiving the product.

    Please include your order number and the products you wish to return in your message. You may also provide the reason for the return or exchange, such as an incorrect size.

  2. Pack the products carefully for transport. Returned products must be unused and in a resaleable condition.

  3. Return the products no later than 14 days after submitting the return notification, using Posti or Matkahuolto in accordance with the instructions provided.

Returns via Posti

Take the shipment to a Posti service point and ask the clerk to process it as a customer return to Drivos Oy. If the clerk asks for a customer number, provide the following number: 633106.

Returns via Matkahuolto

When returning the shipment to a Matkahuolto service point or Matkahuolto agent, write Customer Return on the package and provide the following information when making the return:

Refunds

We will refund payments for an approved return no later than 14 days after receiving the return notification. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or the customer has provided evidence that the products have been sent.

The refund will primarily be made using the same payment method used for the original order.

Order Cancellation

A consumer has the right to withdraw from an order placed through the online store within 14 days of receiving the product.

Drivos Oy must always be notified separately of the withdrawal. Simply failing to collect the package or returning the product without a separate notification does not constitute cancellation of the order.

You may notify us of the cancellation by telephone, email or through this form.

Uncollected Shipments

Failing to collect a package does not constitute cancellation of the order. A handling and transport fee of €25 will be charged for an uncollected shipment.

Returns by Business Customers

Business customers are responsible for all exchange and return costs for products ordered through the online store. Products must be delivered directly to the premises of Drivos Oy. Returns must not be sent for collection from a Posti or Matkahuolto service point. Any returns made at the expense of Drivos Oy will be charged to the customer.
