Ordering from catalogues / spare parts catalogues
You can also order spare parts, accessories and other products from us that you will not find directly in the online store.
How do I order these?
- See the product numbers and names of the goods in the catalogues / spare parts catalogues. You can find them at the bottom of the page.
- Write us an inquiry by email to info@drivos.com or send a survey using the feedback form at the bottom of the page. In the message, write your contact information and the product or spare part number, name, number of items of the desired item.
- Send a message
- We will get back to you as quickly as possible. You will receive a return email with product prices, availability and shipping costs.
- Enter the products and quantities you want to buy.
- We will provide you with a payment link to the online store where you can pay by debit card, credit card (Visa/Mastercard) or alternatively you can indicate that you want to pay with Klarna or COD.
- When the payment is shown with us, the order will be forwarded. Normally, the credit card payment will appear to us immediately.
- When the order is sent to you, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the shipment Tracking ID.
